The urban renewal operations carried out around the Sillon, a giant building of 900 housing units built in the 1960s, initiated a dynamic redevelopment of an isolated district of Saint-Herblain. The reconfiguration of the northern zone of the town continues with the development of Bagatelle Park, a 20-hectare area that will ultimately accommodate 1,100 new housing units.

The project is located in downtown Malakoff, in the Square Pierre Larousse district. The building blends into the heterogeneous context of the neighborhood, which includes apartment buildings, townhouses, and artists' and craftsmen's studios, and blends into its surroundings as a result of two all-glass facades that reflect the urban landscape. The other two facades are timber-framed and covered in aluminum cladding.

Fluctuating between the exceptional nature of the program and the urbanity of its outline, the agency has designed the 5th campus of the ICONES Group. The project contains a game-design school and a student’s residence of 219 units at the junction of the park, the “Rambla” and La Vilaine, which showcase the new landscape of the Baud-Chardonnet district of Rennes.

This project starts from the center and is one of the most multi-purposed buildings the agency has ever undertaken: 56 apartments, a nursery school, a center for social reintegration and offices. It is in Nantes (western France), right in the middle of the historical old town, not far from the Beaux-Art museum. This very urbanized installation surrounds and highlights a wooded garden that has been preciously preserved.

Located in the Docks du Havre (76) area, this private ownership, 65-unit congregate housing project renews the venue’s gradually disappearing authenticity. It highlights a few snatches of the old, e.g. this small corner-building that the new building encloses, while expressing its contemporaneous signature with concrete and metallic casing. Following on an initial housing project on the same site, this latest project continues the idea of varying housing types: town houses, stacked dwellings and congregate housing, all of which comes together on three visual levels with unified metallic casing that magnifies Le Havre’s maritime light.

The project is located north of the macro-lot B3, on the trapeze, the Zac Seguin Rives de Seine in Boulogne-Billancourt. The 54 units of the operation performed for Icade Promotion housing were sold as VEFA to Foncière logements to Osica. Depending on the method used in the ZAC, the agency Philippe Dubus Architects has been appointed by all stakeholders of the ZAC, the SAEM Val de Seine, developer of the old Renault site, the group sponsors DBS,the City of Boulogne-Billancourt and the team Lispsky and Rollet, architects coordinators of the macro-lot ; in order to work with six teams selected on the macro-lot B3 and design a project of 54 units on the lot B3C.
