LMOOD is a contemporary brand that embodies modern sensibility through the foundation of minimalism and practicality. Under the slogan "Form and Function are One," the brand seeks harmony between aesthetic clarity and functional purpose. Its first flagship store, located in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, extends over two floors with a total area of 195 sqm, serving as a physical expression of the brand's philosophy and emotional tone.

Tan Hair Studio / oftn studio

Tan Hapjeong is the second location of the Tan brand, following the first store in Yeonnam, both designed by oftn Studio. Before beginning the design of the Hapjeong branch, two primary points were emphasized. The first was to create a space with a distinctly different mood from the Yeonnam store. Interestingly, before starting the design, the team explored the hair portfolios and social media profiles of the designers who would work in this space. The goal was to reflect the personality and style of the actual users in the design, thereby completing the brand's identity. The client also aimed to differentiate this location by appealing to designers with unique styles or those pursuing alternative approaches to hairstyling compared to the first store.

This project was launched by Musinsa, aiming to shift Dickies' image in Korea while preserving its core values. The site was formerly a leather goods store housed in a 40-year-old building. The aged exterior, with its weathered red bricks, was retained to reflect the historical context of Seongsu, an area known for its industrial past.

The Avant bakery project, which was carried out for the fourth time after the Seoul Forest D-Tower, Yeoksam, and Kakao branches, is in the headquarters building of Daegu Bank in Euljiro, Seoul. The Avant-bakery brand focuses on the essence of bread and reinterprets Korean dessert culture by keeping classical and contemporary in harmony. To reflect this brand's identity in the space, the material itself used the finished physical properties, and the traditional European architecture and modern elements were harmonized.

Hairsalon TAN is located in Yeonnam-dong, Seoul, and consists of two floors, measuring 100 sqm. This space, which is not spacious on each floor, has a cozy feeling like a studio. Counter furniture was excluded to erase the existing commercial tendency, and all-in-one closet furniture was installed instead of a locker room.

This cafe is located in Bukchon, so the majority of foreign customers wanted to feel the beauty of Korea through the Korean traditional architectural structure or finishing materials.
