Casona Compañía is the name of an intervention and renovation project for a Historical Building Preservation. The original building was built in 1912 by architect A. Ríos T. in the Yungay district, located in downtown Santiago.

The house is located on the outskirts of Santiago —at the base of the Andes Mountains— in a rather narrow plot of land next to the Mapocho River. The proposal of this house solves the problem of the closeness with the neighbours by arranging the spaces around a series of patios and projecting of the views towards the mountains close-by.

Zagreb Office is a transformation project to turn a pre-existing structure into office spaces. The building is located on a corner site in Santiago, in an urban renewal zone that combines residential buildings and workshops.
