        <![CDATA[<p>While compact in its footprint and barn-like massing, House Between Forest and Field engages in various ways with the expansive landscape around it. Situated at the boundary between forest and field on its 13-acre lot, the narrow, 3-story house is also inspired by both, joining together the exterior identity of agricultural buildings with an interior organization inspired by the spatial experience of a forest.</p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p>nARCHITECTS was commissioned by the City of <a href="/tag/auburn">Auburn</a>, NY, and the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation to design the New York State Equal Rights Heritage Center and public outdoor space in historic Auburn, NY. The new 7,500sf building houses a permanent exhibition celebrating Auburn’s and New York State’s progressive history of promoting social and equal rights. Exhibition content focuses on abolition, the Underground Railroad, women’s suffrage, and LGBTQ rights, with a goal of acquainting visitors with the many attractions connected to equal rights throughout the State.</p>]]>

The Wyckoff House has an immense history as it was the first landmark designated by the Landmarks Preservation Commission in 1968. nARCHITECTS’s educational complex will act as a portal between its present day environment and historical site.         <![CDATA[<p>Windshape was an ephemeral structure commissioned by the Savannah College of <a href="/tag/art">Art</a> &amp; Design (SCAD) as a venue and gathering space near their Provence campus in Lacoste, France. Built by nARCHITECTS and a team of SCAD students over a period of five weeks, Windshape became the small town's main public meeting space, and hosted concerts, exhibitions, and ceremonies throughout the summer of 2006.<br></p>]]>

The building consists of four floor-through apartments, a duplex penthouse, and a double height art gallery on the ground and cellar levels. nARCHITECTS provided full architectural services for the project, including all interior design.</p>]]>
