A place for quick lunch, and coffee, away from the lunch menu. A bet on the modernization of the Catalan tradition of "esmorzars de forquilla" (breakfasts with a fork). The project involves the gastronomic approach, the atmosphere, and the creation of a brand. The goal is to bring the traditional bar closer to the new generations and the cosmopolitan environment that welcomes it. La Mal Dita, a play on words in Catalan and Spanish: "Mal Dicho Mal Dito aims to treat us with dishes from past generations revisited in a contemporary setting."

Reconversion of an old industrial space/parking lot into modern offices, in Espai Serrahima, Barcelona. In Espai Serrahima (a hub of artistic-cultural companies), a few steps from Montjuïc and Plaza España, this old industrial warehouse has been transformed to accommodate new workspaces.

Designed for a young couple who likes to share the best moments together, the proposal for the common space in this apartment was key. The starting point was to free the house they acquired from the excessive original subdivisions to take advantage of the long façade of the building, located in the corner of the block. Also, during the designing process, a generous interior height is revealed behind the false ceilings and thus, enhance through tall inside carpentries.

LoCa Studio is located in a fantastic space in one of the Barcelona centers, next to Plaza de España. The office is in an industrial warehouse that served the first Feria de Barcelona (Barcelona Fair), build for the International Exhibition of 1929.

Buildings constructed until mid of XX century in Spain, and still in certain well standing areas incorporated an apartment for the doorman. Since it was considered that the penthouse was the worse and smallest place of the building, this was the place where to accommodate people in charge of the door control and cleaning.
