Xiayanbei Village, situated on the eastern Zhejiang mountain ridge within the 19 Peaks Scenic Area, is becoming a popular destination for outdoor travel. The " Woven Passage to Cloudy Peaks " and " Sky Ring " are part of the initial phase of the scenic area's enhancement project. These installations aim to address typical challenges in rural development—such as limited funding, land scarcity, and homogeneity—while establishing a unique identity. The design strategy combines localization (grounded) and differentiation (elevated) to serve as both the scenic area's entrance and a landmark, capturing the village's cultural essence and natural beauty while introducing new daily experiences for villagers and visitors alike.

This town, nurtured by its ancient charm and the coexistence of modern art, has gradually developed into a unique ecological system integrating art galleries, art education, cultural tourism, and residential life. In 2019, it was honored with the title of "Zhejiang Province's Third Batch of Provincial-level Characteristic Towns." In 2020, the local government planned to construct an art center in the core area of the town to meet the growing needs of residents, tourists, artists, and students. This center would serve both as an art exhibition space and a venue for public education. Additionally, it was envisioned to become a significant platform for showcasing the town's culture and a landmark building in the future.

The construction project of the Erhai Lake Ecological Corridor in Dali aims to establish a healthy water-land buffer zone and ecological barrier. Along the 129-kilometer lakeside corridor, multiple service stations are planned, and the project is one of them. The site is located along the southwest edge of the Erhai Lake scenic corridor, near Xiaoyizhuang Village. In the face of the pristine surroundings of Cangshan Mountain, Erhai Lake, and the quaint villages, the design aims to intervene using a landscape architecture approach minimally. It responds to the relationship between the building and the land through "anchoring and suspension," engaging with the environment. Additionally, it addresses the relationship between locality and contemporary construction through "low-tech and low-carbon," fostering innovative experiences. Lastly, it responds to the relationship between public architecture and people through "openness and inclusivity," creating a platform for daily activities.

The core of the township revitalization lies not in the replacement of architecture and space, but in the elements that stimulate human vitality: jobs, residence, and the hustle and bustle. In Dingzha, we hope to build a new "urban and rural collaboration" model based on industry introduction and local circulation and combine pre-operation with spatial transformation to create a new hometown in the old town. - Peidong Zhu

Located at the border of Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang, Dingzha Town where water town SOHO is located has become a hollowed-out township after a one-way siphon of urban development elements. As the future "Zhejiang Model", Dingzha hopes to be integrated into the testing ground of common prosperity with sustainable vitality among the development opportunities of the "Yangtze River Delta integration Demonstration Zone". In exploring the path of bidirectional balance between urban and rural areas, the revitalization path with cultural tourism as the starting point has been developed successively by the East Gate and West Gate of Wuzhen, which has been widely recognized by academia, the market, and the public. But on the other hand, the vast territory is scattered with those ordinary towns that lack characteristics and recognition in terms of cultural context, natural landscape, and historical accumulation. In the face of these ordinary towns, we try to find a new path, integrating research, planning, and design, to carry out value cognition, space transformation, and content placement on the historical production remains of the town. With industrial renewal as the triggering point, it is hoped to promote the flow of production factors to the towns, and gradually realize the reconstruction of living and ecological scenes.

In the post-real estate era, the regional comprehensive development mode guided by the health industry in a broad sense is becoming a blue ocean to be excavated. In the context of format iteration, the definition of architectural type with a single function has gradually failed. We try to find a kind of flexible space to accommodate the needs of different scenes, blur the clear boundary between medical facilities and hotels, and accommodate the diverse scenes of health and vacation. We will create a landscaped courtyard in a tropical climate to build a new model of future medical and healthcare that responds to the transformation needs of the times. —— Fanhao Meng

After repeated communication with the client, we gradually realized the high pursuit of practicality, precision, and economy by industrial intelligent enterprises.

Gaochun is the back garden and south gate of Nanjing. Adjacent to Gaochun Old Street and next to Gucheng Lake, it is a parent-child vacation cultural tourism complex – Nanjing Gucheng Bay Scenic Area which is invested and constructed by Yada Group, operated by CYTS, and designed by line+. New Century Resort Gaochun Nanjing and Visitor Center is located outside the scenic spot, and it is the commercial supporting facilities and urban interface of the scenic spot. The traditional Gaochun Old Street and the expanded commercial area are on the west side of the site, and the modern urban community and supporting commercial streets are on the east side. Therefore, we hope that when new buildings intervene, they can not only connect and stitch the texture of the old city but also continue and renew the form of the old city.

The project is located at the eastern foot of Mogan Mountain in Deqing City. The site retains the texture of the existing farmland and the long valley tourist corridor, and the outline of the site takes on an irregular shape, measuring about 109 meters from north to south and 112 meters from east to west. The total land area is about 10,000 square meters. The overall height of the slope increases from west to east and from north to south. In this project, we tried to break through the experience-based community under the real estate model, and realize the reconstruction of contemporary settlements and the shaping of new life social vacation carriers.

Longtang village is located in Leishan County, southeast Guizhou Province. The unsophisticated Miao villagers have lived here for generations, following the simple and natural mode of life. However, Longtang, which is included in the list of traditional Chinese villages, gradually declined due to the decline of industrial development and hollow of the population, which led a large number of villagers to seek employment opportunities outside. Based on the comprehensive experience of line + in the field of rural revitalization, Sunac China and the Youcheng Foundation of the State Council Poverty Alleviation Office jointly entrust line + to go deep into Longtang and reshape the village.
