The designed summer pavillion imitates traditional vernacular architecture in its architectural solution. The building has a hip roof that extends over the terrace on both the west and north sides.

The building has a simple, rectangular ground plan and is located in a north-south direction. The main entrance of the summer house is located on the east side of the building. On the ground floor, there is a hallway, utility room, bathroom, living room with kitchen, bedrooms, and small storage.

The new office of LENNE, the Estonian manufacturer of children’s clothing, is situated in the former Soviet-era factory building. The 1,100 m2 room is essentially a single empty hall, 8 m high at its highest point. New ventilation and heating systems were designed for the office and new windows were installed in the roofing in order to ensure that natural daylight reaches the farthest corners of the room.

The restaurant is located in Tallinn, near the Baltic sea. The site falls to the sea and is surrounded from the north and east by roads. The plot has an exceptionally beautiful views of the Old Town which is on the other side of the Bay of Tallinn.
