Tempo Nexus Library was renovated from an apartment that had been left vacant for many years in the historic Lê Ngọc Apartment Building at 130 Pasteur Street, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is part of a long-term series pursued by K59 Atelier, rooted in a deep attachment to Saigon's old apartment buildings.

Hoi An house renovation project in a new urban area: Cam Ha, the area is quite far from the center of Hoi An Ancient Town. The project focuses on experiencing a new space but still retaining the characteristics of Old Quarter wooden houses. Wooden Houses in Hoi An Ancient Town are under special conservation status by the UNESCO Committee. The Chinese and Vietnamese merchants built houses in the old town from the 17th to the 19th centuries. The house has a brick wall structure and wooden frame constructed and passed down from many generations.

Thuan An town is a border area between South Binh Duong and North Ho Chi Minh City. T. Because this is a peripheral area, it has low construction density with many trees and gardens. In recent years, with rapid urbanization, many residential areas have sprung up with a variety of “city architecture” types. Gardens and orchards are continuously erased and replaced by roads and housing plots which will become typically row house projects.

Contrary to the peaceful outskirts of Ho Chi Minh city, k59 home and atelier has been established among high-rise buildings along Huynh Tan Phat Boulevard. Along with the development of Can Gio district, many major roads were expanded for residential areas and commercial buildings. The construction sights dominate this area all the time, thus it makes lot of air pollution and sometime it is hard to breathe.
