The owner wanted to move to the new house as their primary residence and turn the first house, W House I, into a guest house. The design challenge arose from the owner's desire for a single-story house where everyone in the family could see each other and engage in activities together throughout the day. At the same time, the owner greatly enjoyed the beautiful mountain view from the rooftop of the original house and wanted to maintain space for their two pet cows, allowing them to walk and graze.

"M house" is a private house that is built on the former front garden of the client's previous house, where she lived with her mother. There are a number of large existing trees that were planted long ago by the client's father for the mother, hence the reason for the client's wish to save them for keepsakes, that have resulted in an even smaller buildable area. The architect started designing from the leftover spaces in between the trees, using these "negative spaces" to form the building with the intention of using each existing tree as a view for the different functions of the house. This leads to a unique plan, where the architecture turns and swerves to avoid existing trees and to create a view for each room.

Nana Coffee Roasters, Central Westville Branch started from the question of how we can communicate the story of the Nana Coffee Roaster Brand in a distinctive way within a small area of 150 sq.m. The concept is derived from the conversation with the brand owner as he recalled his business journey to the time when he sees the "light at the end of the tunnel", this story, combined with the available small space, have inspired the architect to design a cave-like structure containing "space within space".

“Riva Vista Riverfront Resort” is a 61-key hotel situated next to Kok River in the heart of Chiang Rai province. Known for its distinctive ancient traditions, Chiang Rai is experiencing rapid growth in recent years and has become one of Thailand’s famous destinations. The brief requires a design of a medium-size hotel on a site that is adjacent to a river in the heart of a city. It has to answer to the lifestyle of city dwellers, who are the main target users of the project. The architect’s intention is, therefore, to capture the essence of modernity with a vernacular Northern Thai character and deconstruct both aspects into one seemingly peculiar “dish” that uses vernacular ingredients but is prepared in modern techniques - a mixture of both old and new.

Harudot is a stand-alone café in Chonburi, a famous beachside town in Thailand. This cafe is a result of a collaboration between the Nana Coffee Roasters brand owner and the landlord, who has a particular interest in plants with unique forms. The name “Haru” translates to “Spring” in Japanese, referring to “new beginning” and “growth,” while “Dot” symbolizes a “starting point.” The two main requirements for this cafe are to, firstly, design a "destination" with an interesting experience that is able to attract visitors, and secondly, to include the landlord's identity into the design in order to signify this unique collaboration. The architect chooses to focus on the concept of new beginnings and growth by including the trees at the heart of the design. Here, a bottle tree (baobab) has been placed in an inner court where the gable form of the architecture is pulled apart to allow for its growth towards the sky. This makes it appear as if the seed of the baobab had been planted long before and grew out through the architecture as time passed.

This project, “ARQ” is designed to be a house for a small modern family, where all of the spaces need to serve the functions efficiently. As all of the houses are located in an urban neighborhood, each with a compact plot size, the architect is challenged with creating sizable green spaces, swimming pools, and enough spaces for other activities to suit the lifestyle of modern-day city dwellers. Most of the expansion has to be done vertically, with an emphasis on the abundance of natural light and cross-ventilation.

Since the first Chouifong Tea Cafe began operation in 2015, the Chouifong plantation has gained plenty of tourists’ attentions and became one of the most famous tourist attractions in Chiangrai. Due to such an excess of tourists in the first cafe, Chouifong Tea Cafe 2 is established in order to serve the need. The second phase is located on the plantation hill near the first cafe. Before the operation of the cafe, there were factory and retail in the area, then the new cafe is built replacing the retail, near the factory, where beautiful view is seen.

Arize Hotel was launched its first branch on Sukhumvit 26 Road, which the main target is Japanese expatriates. Later on the owners anticipated the opportunity in Sriracha where there is an industrial estate in the area, plus it is a strong base of Japanese business people. The hotel consists of 379 guestrooms. In order to serve the long stay guests, in some room types, there are additional facilities and space further than the standard hotel. Meanwhile, the design of the hotel should conform with context and characteristic of beach city.
