Tres Pochotes is a single-family residence located in Playa Hermosa de Cóbano, Costa Rica. The project takes its name and spatial organization from three existing pochote trees positioned across the site. Rather than treating the vegetation as a constraint, the house is arranged around the trees, allowing them to define the geometry of the volumes, the orientation of the spaces, and the relationship between architecture and landscape.
