Casa TA begins with a roof. Not a slab, not a plane; a ribbon of white concrete that folds, narrows, and overlaps itself with a logic closer to origami than to conventional construction. Its sharp edges and generous overhangs establish the project's central argument from the street: that visual weight and apparent lightness are not opposites, but instruments to be played simultaneously.

Tradition, modernity. The industrial building synthesizes the essence of the company that resides in its interior. The design is characterized by differently sized gable roofs, covered by an undulating skin of black aluminum. The building’s aesthetic is complemented by a geometry bounded by sharp cuts at its borders. In the building’s largest warehouse, we find controlled temperature storage for cheese. The inner skin is covered by polyurethane panels that thermally insulate the inner space from the outside.

In a circular space, Cepario provides three spaces related to the meticulous growth of bacteria: storage, laboratory, and lounge are organized around a museographic nucleus that informs about the functioning of Bioseeding.
