This place is a 55-year-old house that served as a home for a family for 47 years and as a space for Design Studio Maoom for the past 8 years. Design Studio Maoom has now renewed the space to welcome its second season. The newly redesigned space has been thoughtfully crafted to foster flexible thinking for Maoom's creative journey. Throughout the space, Maoom's members can freely explore and share their ideas. By exchanging stories with one another, their thoughts will grow deeper and broader.

Ikseon Jabbang developed its design with the question, "How can we express the experience of enjoying brunch in a hanok in a warm mood?" First, we considered the "time spent enjoying brunch." To us, brunch is closer to "enjoying" than simply "eating." The leisurely time of enjoying brunch on a holiday morning contrasts with the busy and chaotic mornings of weekdays. It is a moment filled with tranquility and relaxation, where you can feel the warmth of the sun and the gentle breeze—sensations often unnoticed during the hustle of daily life. We aimed to create a space where visitors could feel this carefree time, filled with the anticipation of starting the day pleasantly, without any worries.

The new Citizen Bakery, located along the Hyeongsan River, has been designed with the keywords "Connecting Hearts, Communicating Bakery" in mind. It is expected to become a warm yet lively space, applying and developing various ideas. The brand identity of Citizen Bakery was applied to ensure that both the brand and the space continue to tell one unified story. MOWa is a Korean - food style wine dining where 2,000 bottles of wine mysteriously shine corridor. MOWa is a wine dining where you can pair wine with Korean cuisine. Just like the empty spaces in glass have a purpose, margins can mean emptying, and sometimes they can mean filling. We approached the space from the perspective of the 'margin' in Korean painting. Through MOWa's interpretation of the Korean aesthetic of margin, memories of emptying, filling, and enjoyment cycle through.

Dongnip Milbang The layering, order, and co-existence of time In this "milbang"-a hidden room concealing a chef's secret recipe- lies the opportunity to meet cuisine crafted with both experience and sincerity. Two hanoks with the traces of times gone by interlock with their differing histories. The differences between the remains of the past left behind in each location lie in an orbit that circles back to the past and then again to the present. A narrow path connecting to the outside passes through the courtyard, transporting the visitor through unfamiliar experiences in an unexpected chronology.
