The area consists of six unique environments, each with its character. Together they function as one work environment in which nature inclusivity and sustainability are central themes. The ambition is high: it promises to become the most sustainable and innovative business park in Europe. The warehouse designed by Denkkamer on the unique entrance lot is part of the A4 skyline. With its prominent location within the area development, it forms the entrance to Schiphol Trade Park.

On one of the most beautiful places of a small holiday park on the most eastern inhabited Dutch Wadden island of Schiermonnikoog an existing holiday home with the Frisian name 'Ferskûle' has been replaced for a new, delicately designed retreat. The residence for an active family is designed as a place to relax and unwind. The Frisian 'Ferskûle' which means 'hidden' has been leading in the design process. We have expressed this by creating a multitude of places where you can nestle yourself, lie down and muse or gaze outside, find new perspectives, or total relaxation.

'House with four roofs' is a new residential house on a former site of a car company in the countryside of the North Brabant village Boekel. The plot has a special location in the middle of structures of an old medieval agricultural area. The plot is enclosed by a small-scale forest on the one hand and on the other hand, it has a view towards the vast landscape of the Peel. The house expresses a new way of constructing and living in the rural area of the Brabant Peel municipalities.

KeenSystems headquarters is situated along the ring road around the village of Gemert. The decision to not establish their new office building for the rapidly expanding telecom provider in the city of Eindhoven comes from the desire to operate from a very much green and inspiring environment. Their technology does not necessarily needs a physical relation with a city or a high-tech campus.

One house, five different volumes.
House Kerkstraat is situated on a generous plot near to a main entrance of the village. The all new house replaces a former dilapidated house which due to reorganization and transformation over time eventually ended up in the south corner of the plot. Legislation dictated the new house should be built on the same position.

The initiators developed a process in which spent mushroom compost from mushroom cultivation is upgraded and turned into a valuable soil improver. They do this by biologically drying spent mushroom compost in so-called tunnels. By adding a small amount of concentrated manure, a popular soil improver rich in nitrogen, phosphate and potassium is created. The spent mushroom compost is not only upgraded to a popular soil improver but it is also made lighter in specific weight. As a result, fewer freight transports are needed to deliver the product. A large amount of heat is released naturally during the biological drying process. This heat is used to provide the neighbouring existing mushroom nurseries with heat and consequently natural gas-fuelled boilers are no longer required. The surplus heat is distributed to nearby crop growers.
