The name of the project comes from the presence of a large tree on the site, a Jevió, which becomes the starting point for the design. Order, modulation, rhythm, and continuity of spaces are the principles that define the architectural proposal of the house. The house was placed next to one of the property boundaries to maximize the garden area. The floor plan is L-shaped, and from the front facade, two slightly offset rectangular volumes are barely distinguishable. Only upon entering the interior is the extent of the volume perpendicular to the facade revealed, extending almost to the end of the site.

The project is a single-family home that presents itself to the street as a pure, compact volume, perceived from the front as a hermetic cube that reinforces privacy and the monolithic reading of the whole. Part of this volume is extruded outward to define the main entrance, creating a clear and controlled gesture that announces the entryway. This extrusion is materially distinguished by white walls, contrasting with the rest of the house—which is executed entirely in exposed concrete—reinforcing the reading of solid and void and the volumetric hierarchy.

Designed in a residential condominium with abundant endemic vegetation, the main premise of the project was to find a symbiosis between architecture and landscape. Seen from the outside, solid volumes of concrete predominate, giving the sensation of fluctuating over the vegetation. The morphology and layout of the volumes result from respect for the largest existing trees.
