The new Soldalhus Nursing Home in Northern Jutland provides 96 dementia-friendly residences, a central community building, and extensive shared and service areas. Designed by Cubo Arkitekter with a clear human focus, the project emphasizes dignity, independence, and connection for residents, staff, and visitors. The name Soldalhus, directly translated as "Sunvalley House," reflects the design's emphasis on light, openness, and integration with the surrounding landscape. Set on the edge of Northern Jutland's characteristic hill formations, Soldalhus links the landscape with the nearby town of Sindal. Its placement strengthens local urban life, creating new pathways between the care center and the city while offering open views of meadows and wetlands. Subtle terracing and reshaping of the terrain create a sheltered microclimate, using landforms and planting to temper prevailing westerly winds and provide comfortable outdoor environments year-round.

Fængslet (The Prison) - West Hall Project. The vision of the West Hall project at the old state prison from 1853 was not to tear down the walls but to perform a revitalizing 'operation' of the prison with an almost surgical incision, for it to adapt to the demands and needs of the present without putting the past out of play. The prison is a physical historical imprint with great socio-historical and architectural perspectives, and authenticity and relatability in the design have been crucial for the transformation.

In a former industrial area with freight train terminals, old warehouses, and a railyard, a new cultural city district has seen the light. Here, 1,200 students and 130 employees unfold and thrive in innovative and inspiring settings that support learning, development, and social life within the building and the surrounding urban environment. The project completes the overall urban development project that Cubo Arkitekter has been part of, which also includes 2 bridges along The Ancient Road ‘Hærvejsbroen’,. The Ancient Road runs from Northern Germany to the very top of Denmark. The bridges are the city's new central connection, that connects the city center to the new urban development area, 'Viborg Baneby'.

Landkolonien Jomsborg is a new facility for girl and boy scouts located near Isefjord, Denmark. For more than a hundred years, Landkolonien Jomsborg has formed the life and activities for the unique community of FDF. The new building contains a central arrival area with an open fireplace, a dining room with attached kitchen, a multifunctional area and a wing of bedrooms. The project is based on the landscape at Jomsborg and desires to create a greater contact both visually and physically between the arrival side and the unique coastline.

A competition for the expansion of the MCH Messecenter, Denmark’s largest exhibition hall, has been won by the team consisting of CC Contractor with Schønherr, Cubo Arkitekter, and engineering firm Midtconsult. Given the center’s importance within Herning, the competition called for a new approach to the site’s physical organization, to provide more coherent and functional relationships with the surrounding context in order to host larger events in the future and serve as an even bigger tourist attraction.
