Located at the edge of Place d'Youville, in the heart of Québec City's cultural district, Le Diamant transforms the former YMCA, a Second Empire building constructed in 1879, into a multidisciplinary centre for theatrical creation and performance. Developed for Ex Machina, the project combines the preservation of the historic building with the insertion of a 625-seat multifunctional theatre, a creation studio and new public spaces.

Wotif Group is a leading online travel brand in the Asia Pacific Region. Since their launch in 2000, the company has grown to more than 450 staff in 13 countries. Wotif were interested in a new head office that considered staff interaction as part of creating a vibrant workspace. The concept of a town square and laneways were used as a planning idea and zones of engagement.

This river front home is designed to engage with water views to the north and views into large fig trees to the south. At the centre of the house is a large double height living area which becomes the main space of the house and allows rooms deep with the plan to have an outlook, through the main room, to the river.
