        <![CDATA[<p>Building RZ1248 is located in a residential area of <a href="/tag/rosario">Rosario</a> with tree-lined streets, a few blocks from Parque Independencia and Bv. Oroño. The project consists of two volumes of apartments, with patios, green terraces and double balconies interspersed between them. At the back of the land are three garages, which multiply on the green terrace they occupy in surface area.</p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p>The residence is found inside the district Los Quebrachos in the extreme northwest of the city of <a href="/tag/san-luis">San Luis</a> (Argentina). It is a permanent home for a family consisting of a couple with three small children at the time of construction. During the design process there were very specific requests that the program had to incorporate. The most important, because of its scope and nature, was to have a large enclosed space for recreation activities and some sporting practices due to the limitations imposed by the Chorrillero wind for activities in open spaces.</p>]]>

</p><p>A peculiar building lot, small
and on a corner, determined the layout scheme of the project: main areas in
relation to the street facing north and east, and building services (stairwell,
elevator and bathrooms) towards the party wall. The lot is fully occupied, and
generates a facade plane that exceeds the 1.20m building line allowed in most
of the perimeter. The full potential of the lot is exploited. </p>
