Located on an urban plot in the city of Bauru, the building designed to house an architectural office has its greatest attribute in its relationship with the urban environment. Its placement on a steeply sloping site allows for the creation of a generous basement, accommodating the larger-scale elements of the program. Thus, the garage, administration areas, and project rooms occupy this level, alongside a courtyard with a garden and ample natural light.

The FG House is located in a condominium in the city of Bauru, in the interior of the state of São Paulo, with a total construction area of 586m² on a 1000m² plot of land. Its longitudinal orientation was chosen to protect the spaces from the intense heat coming from the west side.

The house is located in Lençóis Paulista - SP, on a corner lot with a slight slope that influenced the design of the accesses to the residence. The layout is organized into three blocks: the garage, the social sector, and the private sector. The garage is positioned at the lowest level of the terrain. Besides serving as a shelter for cars and motorcycles, it has a distinctive design that reflects the fact that the resident is a collector and has motocross as a hobby. The space also functions as a workshop and gym.

Implanted in a corner lot, the project for this bakery seeks to break with the patterns of land occupation of the region, through a large setback proposed on the larger face of the building, where the parking and a living space are organized projecting from the exhibition and sales area of the bakery. In addition to increasing the visibility of the facade, this solution highlights the building of the housing constructions.
