The Cuddly Playground in the Southern Park in Sopot, Poland is a public space telling the story of Kayko, Kokosh, and Cuddly the dragon - the characters from the animated series inspired by the cult comic book series. Moreover, the playground commemorates their creator Janusz Christa, a famous resident of the city.

This year’s anniversary 25th Jewish Culture Festival in Cracow celebrates Kazimierz – Jewish quarter of Cracow, as well as other Jewish districts from around the world. Following the theme, BudCud designed a temporary public space in one of a few empty squares in the district. Noticing the fact that the squares of Kazimierz are its most characteristic features, unfortunately all occupied by cars, monuments or commercial activities, with the festival architects decided to create the FKŻ Quarter – an architectural device for bringing social life to the site. It is a temporary public urban situation created by multiple objects organised around a central elevated square.

Bularnia / BudCud

Bularnia is an honest, functional office space on the ground floor of postindustrial building on the outskirts of Cracov. The goal was to introduce more natural light to dark and overpowering interior. This move redefined new proportions of space and optically enlarged narrow and low room. What's more, light and transparent finishing materials, such as glass, delicate steel mesh and perforated boards were used to ephasize the openness of new office space.

Young architects dream about designing and building big houses; however, the reality is quite the opposite, leaving them to work on small scale commissions. FiuFiu boutique is one of those petite spaces, and its concept is based on the yearning for making homes even out of paper mache.
