These layered qualities make Chiang Saen one of the places that most clearly reflect Lanna identity. The design concept of the house emerges from an interpretation of this local context, translating it into both material selection and architectural language that resonate with contemporary ways of living.

This architectural project represents a sanctuary of tranquility, an escape from everyday chaos, which forms the fundamental intention of the project owner to establish a long-term retreat for family members. A peaceful and undisturbed environment became the essential premise in the search for a site that could respond both to family living and to the potential for a complementary business. This vision ultimately gave rise to the café and future villa nestled within a lychee orchard, conceived as a place for rest, reflection, and quiet enjoyment.

Reimagining Familiarity Through Everyday Architecture – Kunst Ayutthaya emerged from the evolving needs of the BodinChapa team and their family, to cultivate a space that supports multidimensional living and encourages organic growth. It was envisioned not simply as a building, but as a generative space—one that bears fruit, inspires, and sustains the collective growth and resilience of its people. This momentum led to a search for a "new" space that simultaneously feels deeply familiar, crafted through the full lens of BodinChapa's design language and interpretation.

The space, aptly named "PROUD," resonates with the pride felt by both the HOOK and Goodwill teams. It stands as a testament to our collective ability to create, grow, and pursue shared goals. Designed with intention, flexibility, and sincerity, it embodies our dedication to fostering a work environment that reflects our values and aspirations. PROUD is crafted beneath a building in Bangkok, Thailand. We aim to make the existing space work for architects and software developers. We want everyone to feel proud and comfortable here, whether they're working or relaxing. The design is balanced, with areas for work and relaxation. It's not just for the team – it's welcoming for visitors too, like customers, friends, and family.

This city home is in a residential area in Prawet district, Bangkok. It was designed in a relatively limited land area. The form of the land is at the corner of the road, which helps make the house in the south and east-ventilated areas. However, it opens up perspectives that neighbors can easily look into because it is an area with quite dense housing. The building's form must help reduce heat from the sun's rays on the south side, which is on the left side of the land and must be able to create privacy from neighboring buildings surrounded by surrounding buildings so that the homeowner's lifestyle is private and meets the owners' usability requirement as much as possible.

It is a renovation of a townhome building that is featured on the balcony area in front of the building on the 2nd floor with a view of a large green area. The architects want to bring out the Terrace House to communicate in the new building that will arise because the terrace is the most communicating area with the surrounding context. Also, inside the same building, when we gradually open up the original spaces or materials, it can reveal a variety of charms or ways that can occur in the future.
