Annab House is a two-story project designed to serve as both a private home and a guest house, meeting the family's needs. The design prioritizes the preservation of the site's natural elements, most notably an ancient Annab tree (jujube). One of the key concepts was to create a pathway leading from the site entrance to a small courtyard, with a unique staircase. This staircase would serve as a prominent and inviting feature. Additionally, numerous small voids were designed to direct natural light into interior spaces, creating a unique spatial atmosphere.

The Afshar family residential complex is located in the dense urban context of Tehran. Before the client offered us the project, the structure was ordered and almost ready to be fixed. We made some voids and revised the project in terms of the patio's meaning. As parents, the clients wanted the complex to include three houses, One larger house for themselves and two houses for their children. On the first three floors, two duplex units are designed, and the two last levels are allocated to the parents, so a common neighborhood space was essential; meanwhile, the southern alley was not wide and unable to offer a spectacular view, which led to the formation of the most important architectural decision of the project: creating introverted houses neighboring each other with a strong connection with the northern yard.

The small size of the land and the client’s request to make an economical one-floor building were the challenges of this project. Given the client’s agreement with the municipality and the spaces he demanded, approximately 80% of the land was allocated to the building. The plan was simple; a living room and dining room on the south, a narrow one-walled kitchen on the west, and two bedrooms with lower height on the north side.

This project aimed to design a house for a family of four in Najafabad. The family's interest in having open space with lush gardens, along with the historical pattern of houses in Najafabad's garden city, made the main decision of this project: to give all spaces the great advantage of having a yard in the middle. In addition to the middle yard, there is another yard on the south, which is considered obligatory by the municipality. There is also another small yard on the north of the land for private use.

Its land is located in the part of the city of Isfahan, where land subdivision is almost based on an eastern-western pattern. According to the current laws, when a house is built in the upper half of the land, the main part of the house is exposed to the disturbing light of the West, which deprives the house from the south light, the best direction of lighting in Isfahan.

Today, two things stand out to a passer-by who walks in Najaf Abad: numerous niches in the body of the city and pine trees rose from old houses. In these transition days, the niches of the old houses that was hidden from view took a look outside at once. Historic homes are destroyed one after another with no record, photo or map. However, the last bodies of the innermost rooms of the houses, i.e, bodies full of niches are sorrows for the alleys. It has been an "inside" that has taken a look "outside" after maybe a century. An "outside" that we all know has a short life like the house. Every morning, it might vanish, totally non-existent...

The design experience of a shop without a specific application was a special one. The property of Mr.Hamidi who was the employer of the project had a unique dimension. This property required a unique and out of ordinary insight. In addition to all that the employer had no idea what he was going to expect from the available space and what he wanted to sell. For that matter, this made the job difficult. But it wouldn’t end here. the observable chaotic surroundings of the project, the height limitation due to the location of the property and economic limitation had to be taken into consideration.

We were invited for designing office building of the factory in 2010 , soon after the full implementation of the ceiling and the skeleton and the blades ; therefore by considering the fixed elements as the column, the stairs and the elevator we faced a lot of limitations and problems. In the initial visiting the site, designers were attracted by rocky mountain environment, and the special effect that the color and the form of the mountain had _in the north east_ was good beginning to create unique indicator and form. At first for harmony and having pleasant view from inside the building , we add some steel part to main structure for better result in form and also to have good scene of mountains and appropriate circulation from inside.
