The proposal recognizes the temporal and spatial instances inherent to the project, based on the recognition of the categories of contextualization (between insertion and implementation), configuration (between a material object and the system), and disposition (between what is determined and the indeterminate).

The YPY 1731 building houses a collective housing complex of eleven units located in the San Martin district. The work is located in a typical block of purely residential use in the Province of Buenos Aires. The building takes the neighborhood scale in its front and quiet part, generating a large west-facing patio, solving various common brick planes from screens, to generate gradients that respond to the different uses, private, semi-public and public of the program.

Context: In a typical block in the Saavedra neighbourhood, M 3646 is located on a lot of 8.66 x 27 m. The project embraces the pre-existing conditions of the block combining the courtyards and proposes these as an articulating space as a starting point. The project leans on a restructuring of the block and the neighbourhood, based on crossing volumes and setbacks, which in this proposal allow greater constructive capacity and more effective densification.

VDL 3532 is a project that articulates the value of a property with patrimonial protection, in the access and the facade, with a building of habitat units and professional studies, which adapt to contemporary ways of living, characterized by variability and Indeterminacy It is located in a typical block of the Belgrano neighborhood, which complies with the regulations of district R2b1. Its context is a heterogeneous building fabric, with an open apple lung.

Context
The MA 4519 project located in the neighborhood of Saavedra, is presented as the opportunity to operate in interstitial, on a residual lot for the traditional real estate market, it investigates the habitat density without resigning quality of life. On a small plot of 8.66 x 12.50 m, in the R2B1 district, without an internal front line, it is allowed to build the entire land of this typical apple, generating a proposal from morphological operations that articulate it in relation to the heterogeneous context of this urban fabric in continuous transformation The project takes advantage of the maximum height of the zoning of the district, from a series of staggered spaces with expansions at different heights that are related to both boundaries. Its virtual volumetry is completed with a metallic structure that redefines the limits, qualifying the spatial conditions of the project.
