AGE 360, the new residential building designed by Greg Bousquet, Olivier Raffaelli and Guillaume Sibaud for the developer AG7, transforms the landscape of the Ecoville neighborhood in Curitiba by proposing a landmark of vertical architecture that combines technical innovation, sustainability, and quality of life. Standing at 124 meters tall, the building was conceived to be an urban icon, reflecting the relationship between structural pragmatism and architectural poetics that define AO's designs.

Casa Alto de Pinheiros Apartment / ARCHITECTS OFFICE

The general concept of this Interior Design took into consideration some initial conditions, such as the architectural project with its materiality and mood (pure lines, wooden surfaces, green vegetation and stone). This would allow the apartment to be a proper extension of the whole experience provided by the Casa Alto de Pinheiros building. The lifestyle of a family of four (a couple with 2 kids of different ages) was also taken into account, along with the common habit of welcoming friends for events at home; Activities such as receiving, working, studying, relaxing, sleeping and cooking are all considered as essential dynamics in contemporary living, and were here absorbed for the design of environments. Entrance hall + Toilet: Upon entering the apartment through the social elevator hall, a large wooden volume welcomes the dweller, who can choose to go towards the social or intimate area. It’s in this place that you can also find the Toilet, which supports the integrated.

Boticário Lab / TRIPTYQUE

Signed by III Interior Design, Boticário LAB exhibits a concept store that evokes the history of the brand and exhibits the new, with sustainability and technology. Located in a region with a large flow of people in the heart of the Pinheiros neighborhood, the new Boticário Flagship spatializes the concept of a contemporary artisanal laboratory. The project focuses on a preexisting building and retrofits it, rethinking the facade and internal environments to encompass an immersive experience in the brand and enable the hyper mix of uses, uniting a cafe, beauty salon, event/exhibition space, and a laboratory. perfumer, under the same architectural language. The scope is tidy with the latest trends in global behavior and consumption, where a store, to leave the commonplace and be a point of relevance in the city, needs to offer a hybrid, complete and unprecedented experience.
