This renovation and expansion project for a small municipal building aims to transform it and adapt its sociocultural use as "La C@va" Youth Center. The objective of the project is the identification of a new space for youth activity that strengthens social and cultural relationships, to reinforce the feeling of collective identity and belonging to the site. The building has been designed with a plural functionality program, considering the diversity of users, their use of space and the connection with the park where it is located.

The house has about 140m2 and a height of PB+1PP, built on a rectangular plot of 160 m2 in the street San Marià, in the old town of Viladecans.

Residencial Cal Meya a Nas / aquidos

The residential Project of Can Meya is located in Nas, a small village in Bellver de Cerdanya’s municipalty 1227 meters above sea level, in the north face of Cadí Moixeró Park. Nas is a residential area with a population below 30 people, where most of the houses are second homes. The project plot is located in the south of the village and has an irregular shape and a big difference of height between northeast’s and southeast’s limits.

Burriana Sports Pavillion / aquidos

The new sports pavilion is the final piece of the public sports complex of la Bosca. Between the two sports halls there is a new building for dress rooms that serves the entire complex now. A new outdoor sports pitch is also located on the flat roof of this new building.
