Faye House is a private urban residence meticulously crafted to respond to its unique corner plot. The generous setback condition allowed for the integration of a lush private garden, which serves as the focal point of the home's architectural composition. The ground floor is conceived as an open-plan volume, where kitchen, dining, and living areas unfold along a continuous axis and extend seamlessly into the landscape through full-height sliding glass panels. These operable glazed walls dissolve the threshold between interior and exterior, anchoring the spatial experience in natural light, greenery, and air.

Shell House is a residential project that reimagines the traditional courtyard home through the language of softness, light, and spatial layering. Located on a corner plot in Kuwait, the design draws inspiration from the organic morphology of a shell—protective on the outside, open and nurturing on the inside. At its heart lies a lush, intimate courtyard with a pool, visible from the home's primary living spaces and home gym, establishing the courtyard as both a literal and conceptual anchor. The architecture wraps gently around this core, with a series of soft curves that define the building's form and guide the spatial experience throughout.

KitKat House is a beachside retreat built for an extended family and their guests. The house is made up of finger-like masses that break and shift in relation to one another, accommodating different functions and creating pockets of greenery, as well as circulation passages. The aim was to design multiple residential units to occupy this typical beachside property. KitKat House is 121 m in length with a sea frontage of only 19.8 m. The units range in scale from two-story 5-bedroom residences to single-room detached guest suites. Design decisions for KitKat House were driven by the challenge of providing as many chances for sea, pool, or courtyard views to the different living units on the plot while maintaining direct access and privacy for each.

Reborn House is a seaside property in Bidaa, Kuwait. With the western elevation facing a busy street, we opted to carve a series of openings out of the main mass. Cuts were made at acute angles and the windows were set within a slight tilt. By partially masking the windows, we were able to create shadows that minimize solar heat gain while allowing for diffused light to enter the house. On the other hand, the eastern elevation (facing the sea) benefits from deep set openings and balconies that maximize both views and shade.

The project is located in Shaab, Kuwait with a plot area of 500 m2. The house plan applies a clean, contemporary aesthetic designed around the needs of a young family with 2 children. The plot is located across the street from a neighborhood park and views towards the park were encouraged by the owners from most rooms and spaces within the house.
