Entre Tecas is a house specially designed for Rancho Avellanas, a sustainable family farm dedicated to producing artisanal goat cheeses. It was built for renting to environmentally conscious adventurers who would enjoy disconnecting from the workaday world and connecting with nature. It is indeed unique. Surrounded by teak trees on this artisanal cheese farm, it offers the tranquillity of being away from the city but close to all basic amenities. Its careful placement in the middle of a dense forest of teak and native trees has created an atmosphere of balance and contrasts.

This is a house located in the middle of the dry forest of Guanacaste, Costa Rica, a place that used to be a cattle ranch. The work began with the reforestation of the property and selecting the right location of the house: The topography, wind, views and orientation were considered very carefully in that matter.
