With 225m² of built area, this house located in the Pompeia neighborhood of São Paulo is structured using pre-industrialized construction systems, precast blocks, and engineered wood. This approach was essential in reducing the building's overall weight, resulting in significant savings during the foundation stage of construction.

This house was designed for a young filmmaker who wanted spacious areas without sacrificing privacy, all on a controlled budget. Situated on a charming and tiny street in the Pinheiros neighborhood, the building was designed as an exercise in spatial optimization and cost reduction. Within a narrow lot measuring 5 meters wide by 25 meters deep, a comfortable and spacious home was developed.

São Paulo-Morumbi Subway Station / 23 SUL

The São Paulo-Morumbi station, more than an urban transport facility, is an intermodal connection in the city of São Paulo. Pedestrians, cyclists, “hitchhikers” and bus and metro passengers cross this space daily, whether to start or finish an urban journey or just to transfer from one form of mobility to another.

23 SUL Arquitetura designed the new Administrative Headquarters of the Mosaic of Juréia-Itatins Conservation Units (MUCJI), for the Forest Foundation of the State of São Paulo. The building accommodates administrative, operational, legal functions, as well as educational and scientific research activities. The project is part of the socio-environmental recovery program of Serra do Mar and the Atlantic Forest Mosaic System (MUCJI), which is financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).

The radical refurbishment of an old townhouse in Vila Ipojuca, São Paulo, has adapted the residence to the needs of a couple of creative industry professionals and their young daughter. The concept for this design was to improve as much as possible the lighting and ventilation of the house, giving fluidity to the spaces. The old and dark living room has been transformed into a musical studio, whereas the background of the residence was entirely refurbished: the kitchen was integrated into the living room and into an outside area with a small swimming pool.
