House with columns is located in Villa Elisa, meters from Parque Pereyra on the outskirts of La Plata, although due to its autonomy and timelessness it could also be in another place and it would not be strange to imagine it. We could say that the House with Columns is the result of a game. An open and indeterminate system with defined rules and elements. This compositional game allows for multiple configurations while maintaining a logical order between the parts. Restricting to liberate is its greatest creative challenge.

The project is based on an investment analysis in a piece of land located at a quick access point to the Buenos Aires - La Plata highway, in front of the Roca railway tracks. The maximum performance of the lot allowed by the current ordinance was sought, which allowed the incorporation of three houses and a store.

The compositional logic of the structure propose a spatial dynamics where the services are clustered to give freedom to other spaces. A brick vault, one horizontal plane, six opaque vertical planes, and two planes built with glass bricks spatially constitute the project. The geometric sequence of the modulation works as a connector and articulator from the inside to the outside. The materials expose their bare texture and their peculiar colors.
