Osteria ‘Betulla’ is the second project of a talented chéf Arslan Berdiev, the founder of the sensational restaurant Birch. Both ‘Birch’ and ‘Betulla’ are translated into Russian as "a birch". But whereas ‘Birch’ is based on pan-European culinary traditions, ‘Betulla’ focuses on the Italian cuisine. The concept of osteria Betulla relies on simple Italian food in the original version with an emphasis on high quality of products. An important feature of all Arslan's projects is perfectionism and unexpected serving of dishes, in a manner surprising for the guests, which is reflected in the osteria’s cuisine.

The office building Ferrum 1 (Block 16) stands on the historic site of the former Rossiya factory in St Petersburg's Polustrovo district. Situated on the right bank of the Neva opposite the Smolny Cathedral, a palace for Prince Alexander Andreyevich Bezborodko was built on the site at the end of the 18th century according to the designs of the Italian architect and painter Giacomo Quarenghi in the middle of a spacious park. For years, this country house was a centre of social life. In the late 19th century, the park was a popular recreation and health resort for the upper classes of St Petersburg.

The district of Kolomna, where many of Dostoevsky’s novels are set, is one of the oldest — and, probably, the most distinctive — in St. Petersburg. The Nikolsky Rows is a brilliant example of a gostiny dvor, a very distinctive Russian building type combining a shopping arcade and an inner courtyard used as an open market and storage and maintenance area. The building fell into disrepair and was then restored. However, until the present day, it failed to become an active city space in its own right. The former arcade now houses a hotel, while the market courtyard remained inaccessible to the public. We created a small architectural landmark to trigger the return to life for this historically vibrant location.

The almost complete absence of traffic load is combined with increased pedestrian traffic - this part of the street is the main connection between Nevsky Prospekt and Palace Square. In turn, Palace Square unites a complex of museum buildings of the Hermitage, which allows us to consider the Bolshaya Morskaya street as the open-air “avant sale” of the museum.

Kompaniya Restaurant on Moskovski prospect is the fourth project that we have developed for the restaurateurs Aleksei Krylov and Aleksandr Prokofev who are well-known in Saint Petersburg. The guys wanted this place to be intended more for families and make it homelier for one to escape from the city bustle. At the same time, it must have been modern. A key element of the interior is space itself. On the one hand, we wanted to make the most of double height space, on the other hand - to avoid losing a sense of featheriness and airiness and show a connection between the two levels of the restaurant.

GLAMY Beauty Spot is a best-in-class salon in a network of beauty spaces combining several different functions. The main concept of the venue is co-working for stylists of different types: hairdressers, cosmetologists, and manicure technicians. The space also provides for such functions as conducting workshops and training sessions, issuing ordered products from a branded online store and a healthy food cafe. The salon occupies the whole floor of a new building in downtown St. Petersburg.
