Casa V consists on the rehabilitation, adaptation and expansion of an existing house, designed and built in the early 1960’s. The family that inhabits the house has been spending the holidays in it for almost fifty years. In that time, even though the number of family members has increased, the house had remained the same, being unable to fulfill current and future needs.

Family House in Punta Canide / Díaz y Díaz Arquitectos

This detached house is located in Punta Canide, Oleiros, in the Bay, with stunning sea views. Due to this location, the building should respond to some very specific buildable constrains and setbacks, required by municipal regulations, as well as the morphology of the land itself, which required adapting to the slope of the plot, with a drop of nearly three metres. We also searched for the best orientation to promote the best views of the building sight.

Dance School in Oleiros / NAOS Arquitectura

The Municipal Dance School in Oleiros is a building on ground floor, with a simple volumetric configuration that responds to a clear program of needs. The program is organized in two different volumes that separate the main functional areas. In plan, the building is compact within the plot, optimizing surfaces and circulation.

Living as hens…waking up with sun and going to bed at dusk, without any fear of big glass walls. Once in a time there was a neighborhood where people were more aware of flat roofs than cutting the grass. First project is placed there; the first house, Inés´ house…house ONE, house EINS.

Casa A5 / Carlos Seoane

The house A5 is located in a residential area on a hillside overlooking the sea of the Bay of Corunna. A plot strongly conditioned by its slope but also by code regulations that restricts the height and the position of the house inside the lot.
