        <![CDATA[<p>Built in the 19th century, the building belongs to the simple single-family housing typology and is located in an area of high heritage value. It occupies a narrow lot where the first bays feature the living room as the sole space, which preserves its original gabled wood roof. A previous restoration process carried out by architect Universo Garcia focused on rescuing the building's original elements, such as the woodwork and wall finishes.</p>]]>

This process was mainly focused on discovering the rules to follow within the regulatory framework in the area, all of which allowed us later to add two levels above the original structure of the building.</p>]]>
