Suanphlu Office is a private office with the owner's penthouse on the top floor. It is situated next to Lao Pueng Thao Kong shrine, a historical shrine of Suanphlu’s community. The building’s main orientation faces the shrine, which is also in the west direction that receives a lot of sunlight. The neighbor becomes an important factor in the facade design. The facade design has to not only consider the view of the users on the inside and the amount of sunlight getting through the building but also be aware that this facade also serves as a backdrop for the community with the potential to reflect the harsh sunlight onto the neighboring shrine.

55 Sathorn house is the culmination of years of experience in design, use of materials, and dedication to fine construction details. The design represents a reflection upon its owner, who is also the architect. The goal was to create a simple three-bedroom house in the bustling center of Bangkok. Sathorn is a vibrant business and cultural district located in the heart of Bangkok. The neighborhood's distinctive identities comprised of narrow side streets and low-rise townhomes are integral parts of the design consideration.

A Bangkok-based well known architectural firm, Ayutt and Associates design (AAd) proposed an alternative design solution to mitigate the urban-dwelling problematic issue by crafting a INTERLUDE house. INTERLUDE is a house designed not as the main act but for the essential little moments in between. The client’s brief was for a home that can be lived in practically, and on frequent occasions be able to host parties of up to 30 guests. Its primary function is to serve as a livable home, a welcome break away from one act of life and another in an ever-bustling Bangkok city.

Housing estates in Thailand are normally designed regardless of the relationship between indoor and outdoor space. Therefore, VIVE Bangna is designed to improve quality of single house space by linking all of areas together even the garden. Also, the outdoor space must be used by residents with full privacy.

An Embassy Building as a Representative of one nation in another cultural area acts as an important social, cultural and technological link. Respecting characteristics of both countries leads to a symbiotic space. Austrian achievements in research, energy, and technology intertwines with culture specific Thai way of living and building traditions. Respect for social achievements in Thai cohabitation as well as the analysis of Thai traditional building typologies are the beginning of our design process.
