The Ferroalloy 1971 Industrial Heritage Park is located on the site of the former Lunan Ferroalloy Factory in Zoucheng, Shandong Province. The project has not only allowed local residents and tourists to once again stand at the foot of the factory's iconic industrial heritage, but also provided high-quality and recreational urban green space. Respecting the site's history and integrity, the project infuses industrial-era cultural elements into Zoucheng, the millennia-old cultural town. This project enhances and enriches the city's overall quality and cultural value, contributing to the coordinated development of surrounding areas and achieving regional revitalization significantly.

Master planned and designed by LAGUARDA.LOW ARCHITECTS, Jining Cultural Industry Park is the third and final phase of the Jining Cultural Center. Located in the beautiful Taibai Lake New District of Jining, China, the ambitious project includes an elaborate commercial complex across an elevated park, Highland Park, from three iconic museums and a library. The complex is a series of volumes that rise gracefully into towers like peaks of a mountain range. The elevated park between commercial and cultural buildings is made of sinuous lines flowing from the park up over the towers like flowing water, seamlessly connecting the disparate programs on the site.

Construction reasons. The Granary Concert Hall project is located in Jining City, Shandong Province, Sushui Dengxiangu art town, close to Dengxiangu Art Granary. The granary is a rectangular courtyard surrounded by several red tile stone houses, the previous function is used to preserve grain. Grain silo function after the abandonment of the cultural industry upgraded to become such as Art Granary. After nearly a decade of careful grinding, art granary has developed into a national village revitalization demonstration base. With the implementation and promotion of the national rural revitalization strategy, the internal space of the original granary transformation can no longer meet the increasing functional needs, so it is ready to build a new multi-functional building in the west side of the granary combined with the village, to meet the large-span space of 300-400 people.
