The work is located in Jesús María, a relatively medium-scale city located 50 km from the capital of the province of Córdoba, Argentina. The city is characterized by a low-density fabric where the predominance of a logic of housing occupation by lots hinders the response to the high housing demand in the area. The project consists of a set of 4 housing units of 130 m2 on a corner lot of 420 m2 with a slope in the north/south direction towards the river that crosses the city.

Within the Tierraverde condominium to the north of the city of Aguascalientes, on a 750m2 plot, the CX3 house project is located. This is a single-family residence with a typical program for a family of 5 members, where the premise set by the users was to enhance the spaces for family and social interaction with visitors, make the most of the relationship with the immediate green areas, and thus create different environments according to their uses.

This house is in Jesús María, a city located about 50km from Córdoba Capital, on a land surrounded by a Eucalyptus forest. Designed on a single level as an H, in a unique environment, this mass of bricks emerges from the traditional and classic buildings that surround it. Only on one of its sides would it border a neighbor, so the project was designed to look 360 degrees.
