Los Pacheco Departamentos is a multi-family housing project adapted from a listed historic building within the monument zone of the city of Puebla. The project accommodates seven apartments and a commercial space, with the primary intention of achieving a contemporary language that creates a dialogue between the old and the new, making room for modern ways of living. Each apartment is unique in its layout, size, and architectural features. The project is a collaboration between two local firms from Puebla: Metarquitectura, a firm specializing in contemporary architecture, developed the architectural project, spatial layout, and program, while Neorestauro Estudio, a practice specializing in architectural restoration, was responsible for the execution, material selection, and restoration and rehabilitation processes.

The project is located in a semi-urban neighborhood surrounded by a rural environment that continues having this type of construction featuring materials such as adobe (mudbricks), exposed bricks, volcanic stone details, rustic wood, and clay roof tiles. The house was first conceived by considering several axes and scales from the previous construction on the site. Privacy in the indoor spaces was given priority while expecting to generate a sense of mystery and uncertainty from the outside.

The "Casa Rosales" project is a direct response to the effects caused by the earthquake of September 19, 2017 that hit several regions of Mexico and that collapsed part of the Rosales family's home in the community of Tlalnepantla Morelos in central Mexico. . It is decided to move a new building in the same place where the previous one was, collapsed by the earthquake, the new building integrates design criteria and resistant earthquake construction, it is equipped with facilities that optimize its occupation and were used for its construction materials and hand of local works, in addition to having the direct participation of its inhabitants in the design and production processes of the earth blocks.

The plot of five hectares is located approximately seven kilometres from the city centre of Puebla, at the intersection of the "Boulevard de Atlixcayotl" and the "Avenida de las Torres". Currently access to the site is either by car, by a public transport bus system or by a bike path circuit connecting the museum with other parks and public spaces in the city. Parking is organized on 2 levels on the eastern side of the museum and has about 440 boxes, parking for 4 buses, 42 motorcycles and 50 bicycles.
