One Century(Hangzhou Wangchao Center) is designed by SOM (US), which is widely recognized as a perfect blend of high-functional performance designs and engineering. Say Architects （SAY） was commissioned by Dadao Qiyun to design a sample office space on the 15th floor. SAY aims to integrate Eastern philosophical thinking into the high-rise concrete jungle, emphasizing the natural rhythm and flow of the space, and creating an office environment that prioritizes comfort and experience.

Cycle Cycle Mobile Bakehouse / F.O.G. Architecture

Cycle Cycle Mobile Bakehouse is a pop-up café and bakery. The client wanted to explore the relationship between food and land in this project, which perfectly matches the design philosophy of our studio – the connection between land and food, between architecture and people, is essentially the same narrative of "surface" and "essence." Through contemplation of "local customs" and "human feelings," we attempt to use architecture to rediscover the connection between people and land, and between people themselves in today's society.

Xiangshan Art Commune / Office Canopy of Architecture

The project is located within the Xiangshan Art Commune in the Xihu District of Hangzhou, which has been in a state of waiting for commercial development for many years since its construction. This project is now under the responsibility of the Dexing Group of Industry, Business, and Culture for the construction and operation of the art spaces within it. The project involves the renovation of the architectural facades, landscaping, and interior transformation of four factory-style buildings, of which the four rooms are being transformed into contemporary art exhibition halls, while the ground floor is being renovated into an art merchandise store.

"Warehouse within a Warehouse" Media Center / Ray&Emilio Studio

The "Warehouse within a Warehouse" Media Center is a renovation project of an old industrial building. Located in Mantoushan, the old city area of Hangzhou, it involves transforming an abandoned No. 18 military supply warehouse into an industrial design product exhibition hall and media release center. The owner, Bo Le Design, is a highly influential industrial design company that aims to meet various needs such as showcasing innovative industrial products, hosting small art exhibitions, seasonal releases of new products in the industry, and artistic lectures. Upon entering this space for the first time, one's eyes are drawn to the sloping roof supported by wooden structures with direct and efficient triangular connections forming intersecting relationships throughout. The warehouse had previously undergone renovations with a glass roof installed at its ridge allowing ample natural light inside. We hope to preserve complete information about this place: its historical significance as an old military warehouse and traces left behind after transformation. This requires us to deeply explore the unique spatial charm of the original site while enhancing the sense of strength inherent in these wooden structures and fully utilizing natural light introduced through skylights—creating a distinct internal space tailored specifically for displaying industrial products or launching new ones.

Asian Games Cricket Field / AZUT

Project Overview. The Asian Games Cricket Field at the Pingfeng Campus of Zhejiang University of Technology is located on a 49,400 square meter site on the west side of the original track and field area. It is situated at the foot of the Ziwu Tide Mountain in the Ziwu Tide National Forest Park, adjacent to the school library, with the ancient Yunhe Canal Road to the south and Shangbu River Road to the north. The new venue has a total building area of 12,689 square meters spread across three floors above ground.

ORIGINAL CONCEPT Studio Office / Shire Space Research

Dedicated and unique, Pinchu hopes the new studio can convey the same work attitude while breaking through traditional brand display space styles to the maximum extent possible. The new space is expected to create a relatively relaxed working and communication atmosphere for users. Through innovative and systematic design, the space can interact with people and inspire them at the same time. Therefore, the primary design challenge is how to effectively integrate the display space and office space in such a space, and meet the different spatial usage needs and scenarios under different functions. The new space aims to promote observation and perception through the expression of logical thinking, which is the meaning it wants to convey.

The Niumatang Cultural Station / Atelier RenTian

Niumatang Village is located in the western part of Liyang City, between the two major mountain systems of Caoshan and Wawu Mountain, and is only 25km away from the urban area of Liyang. The villagers are mostly Wenzhou immigrants who migrated here 150 years ago, and the unique inheritance of Oujiang culture constitutes the profound cultural heritage of the village. Afterward, through water system management and land regulation, the geographical characteristics of the village's current farmland, ponds, and other natural surroundings were established.

Xingyao Science and Innovation Park / gad

Xingyao Science and Innovation Park is located in Hangzhou Hi-Tech Zone, surrounded by many science and technology parks and industrial parks. Both sides of the Park are old industrial buildings built at the end of the last century and a small number of newly-emerging science and technology parks. The industrial space is relatively monotonous and there are no communication and leisure places. The urban service capacity is weak. The design of this project not only focuses on its internal office function. How to add positive and open urban spaces and interfaces to the surrounding area has become a key consideration in the design.
