Small but Clear Choices: A Narrow House in an Urban Core - Suyu-dong, one of Seoul's historic urban districts, offers a blend of nostalgia and density with its maze of aged buildings. Amid this complexity, a neglected triangular plot, formerly used as a shared parking lot, has been reimagined into a contemporary living space for a newlywed couple.

Tranquil and profound abundance, 'goodly'. Café goodly, situated at the eastern end of Bukhansan, was originally a house that had been built long ago and remained vacant for a considerable time. When we first arrived at the site, nestled at the edge of a village filled with tightly packed old houses, the narrow village lanes felt stifling. However, upon reaching the site and surveying the surroundings, the panoramic view was refreshingly cool and expansive. The edge of the village also marked the beginning of hiking trails, generally quiet and serene due to sparse human presence, contributing to a sense of tranquility and comfort. Therefore, goodly has become known to locals as a "hidden gem" that they want to keep to themselves.

The Episode is a Co-Living brand launched by SK D&D to solve the problems of Korean society, where many people are isolated and disconnected due to the lack of housing and the uniformity of housing space. The Suyu, the region of the Episode's 4th branch, is a commercial mecca in the northern part of Seoul as an essential transportation hub with an abundant floating population and a place where people of various ages and backgrounds exist.
