        <![CDATA[<p>In 2021, Spacon &amp; X was commissioned to create the exhibition design for two of the coming four exhibition areas. Designmuseum Danmark chose in 2019 to close its doors and start a major renovation and redevelopment in order to secure the future of the museum's framework in their listed historic building. The reopening of the museum is part of manifesting the Danish design legacy, in a modernized take.</p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p>The project for Ejerforeningen Nørrehus transformed the residents' common courtyard from being a purely utilitarian space to being oriented towards leisure and community. The first stage dealt with all the surfaces, new planting and playground. The Second phase dealt with a new house for the common facilities including, room for prams, the house keeper, and waste and recycling.</p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p dir="ltr">The 9 500 m² laboratory and logistics building houses shared research facilities and is home to the Clinical Biochemistry Division, which annually supplies around nine million blood tests to the hospital and GPs. In addition, the building is made up of test rooms, laboratories, offices, as well as a warehouse with associated logistic and storage functions. Various articles are distributed to the rest of the hospital via tunnels running from the basement area.</p>]]>
