Designed by architects Adriana Helú, Carolina Oliveira, and Marina Torre Lobo, the 330-square-meter NAJ Apartment was redesigned to meet the brief of integrating the living room to create a spacious environment while maintaining an outdoor balcony, making greenery the protagonist of the home. The balance between the use of wood on the walls and ceiling creates the perfect contrast with the cooler-toned flooring throughout the social area, establishing a sophisticated and cozy atmosphere.

“Each time I remake myself, I am more whole in pieces” – this was the guiding phrase for Nildo José. Reflecting on the impact of these words on his life and the meaning of rebuilding oneself, the architect realized that the role of the home also influences the stimulation of sensations, which are responsible for providing this inner reunion. Based on this perspective, Nildo envisioned the NINHO loft, a space of emotional warmth designed to embrace, bring comfort through the senses, and touch the soul.

A youthful, cozy, and functional apartment are the main features of the 44-square-meter space - Estúdio Jabuticaba, designed by Nildo José. At just 27 years old, this rising star of Brazilian architecture makes his debut at Casa Cor São Paulo, held from May 17 to July 10 at the Jockey Club São Paulo. The name chosen for the space is a tribute to a specimen of the fruit tree suspended by steel cables and wrapped in the Japanese kokedama technique.

It is an act of ordenation in which the friction between points, planes and environment is conceived in a complementary and inseparable way. Its ponctuated interventions appear in silence, as a deep and rigorous instrument of representation of matter and forms.

With 150m², the project brings a complete, fully integrated house, consisting of living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, in an enveloping environment, marked by polychrome and arched openings, which frame the balcony and are repeated in the furniture and decorative elements, impacting visitors.

Léo Shehtman's already traditional participation in CASACOR SP leads the visitor of the 2019 edition to a true contemplation of luxury. The abundant use of exotic “Nacarado” marble, which floats along the entire length of the water mirror - no less than 18 linear meters - stands out, and which, along with the composition created by two wooden tones that refer to a subtle light effect and shade, can be observed from all spaces. Interacting with the purity and timelessness of these materials, a select range of furniture pieces - much of which is supplied by “Dunelli” - produces an axiomatic counterpoint between old and contemporary. Punctually, design stars pieces - among them the very Brazilian “Katita” armchair, by Sérgio Rodrigues - radiate an exclusive shine.

This residence is a 1960s house designed by architect Clovis Thompson de Carvalho. Our goal was to create a design that preserved the building's original features while giving the spaces a fresh, updated, and lighter feel. We chose to restore and maintain the existing house and landscaping, preserving their original characteristics. This involved restoring the original handmade clay tile flooring, as well as the exposed brick of the fireplace and the window frames.

Clean, modern and bossa-filled architects were influenced by the rudimentary and fascinating poetry that traces the beginning of human history, thus emphasizing the symbolic essence of the caves as the firstborn dwelling and rescuing the origin of man as being that it appropriates something and, in a simple way, makes it cozy and safe.

This house was built next to Milan House, and is integrated with it. The plot has an area of 603 m2 and approximately 15 meters in the front by 40 meters depth. It had previously been occupied by an old residence built in the 50's, located one meter above the street, and about 3 meters below the level of Milan House's main floor. Thus, the new house implanted in this pre-existing terrain came to be organized on a foundation with a basement and a forward pilotis. This allowed its floors to adjust to Milan House's main floors, and also to the street.
