When we visited the project site with the client, we noticed some particular features that we could say became guiding elements of what the project would become. Upon arrival, we sensed a bucolic atmosphere and a sense of peace. The site, located in a gated community in the city of Campinas, faced a farm. With a wide view, we could observe the Maria Fumaça train passing by, and at that moment, the direction of the house’s views was already being revealed or suggested.

Casa Brisa / FGMF

The FGMF presents its new residential project: Casa Brisa. Located in Campinas, in the interior of São Paulo, the residence has a disruptive visual created from solutions for thermal comfort and adapted to the local topography. The name of the project pays homage to the light and privileged ventilation, which reinforces the pleasant and refreshing sensation of its semi-internal gardens thanks to the proposed architecture.

BGN Penthouse / Estúdio Mangava

The renovation project for the BGN Roof sought to qualify the space in the most surgical way possible to bring out the full potential of the building. Functionality, aesthetics, and updating for new demands are the keywords in the project. Intervening in the typical roof plan was also a way of bringing a unique and more personal character to the family home, which was no longer used as a leisure area. Interventions were carried out in all spaces, expanding environments and improving flows between the large integrated room that includes a TV room, living room, and dining room, with the bar and the external area.

Sombrero House / FGMF

Located in a residential condominium in the city of Campinas, in the interior of São Paulo, the exploration of the land made by the FGMF office consists of a residence designed as Casa Sombrero, with an organization focused on itself and focused on the integration of private indoor and outdoor spaces with an abundance of transparency and relationship with Juliana Freitas' landscaping. The 1200m² plot was occupied longitudinally.

Due to the urgency of living the present better, the owners of this little paradise, a young couple with a young child make a point of living life intensely and in order to accomplish this they travel whenever they can. They love the sun and all the life it represents so they always seek destinations where they can enjoy it as much as possible, and resorts (in Brazil and abroad) are their favorite places. However, not satisfied with enjoying this well-being only at certain times of the year, on holidays, or when the family is on vacation, they decided to have their own private resort, and with a focus on making this goal to become reality, they hired us.

The OTRO BAR Cambuí project was born from the owners' desire to create a unique space in the heart of the city, where the brand's identity was reflected in all aspects of the environment. The final result is the result of a complete renovation in an old house with three floors that, given the dynamics of the original space, the great potential was perceived. The continuous environment is divided between the floors, allowing for a design that brings together different activities that flow in an integrated way in the space.
