Living on the banks of the Ourcq Canal - The Ourcq Canal is now imposing a new economic and urban development horizon to the east of Paris, starting at the Porte de la Villette. It is now Bondy's turn, after Pantin, Romainville, and Bobigny, to see the emergence of the eco-district corresponding to this unprecedented development on the banks of the canal. The site has been completely greened. Its industrial past is reflected in its distinctive architecture.

A new Sports Equipment was arranged in an L-shape at the south-eastern corner of the stadium. It opens towards the entrance to the site and the football field and contains the forecourt and landscaped areas.

This auditorium is a new symbol in the suburban city of Bondy. Suburbs have built an empire of shopping malls, individual houses and parking lots. Located on the outskirts of Paris, Bondy has a loose and low-density urban fabric. The architecture of the building plays with the aesthetics of the hangar : a very simple square plan and an undulated metal skin. Unlike a traditional hangar, it opens to its context through a series of arches, letting in natural light and views. Inside, every space has a specific acoustics related to its function and its ambiance.

In the northern Paris suburb of Bondy, several projects are underway to renovate public housing. In rue Auguste Polissard, a residential building recently completed by aEa – agence Engasser Associés – has created a new public space which extends into a new district within the town centre.
