The apartment was designed for a couple with well-defined profiles: he is an engineer, and she is a model. The main concept emerged from the combination of extreme minimalism and sophisticated architectural references brought in by him, who was deeply involved in the development of the project. The central idea was to create a functional, clean, and practical space without giving up refined aesthetics and visual comfort. Inspiration came from contemporary styles that value simplicity and the use of natural materials, along with international projects marked by pure lines and integrated environments.

The renovation and interior design project was inspired by the feeling of union between beach and city, reorganizing the entire layout of the old apartment. The kitchen, once isolated at the back, now integrates with the living and dining rooms, offering ocean views and expanding into the entire perimeter that previously defined the balcony. This creates a spacious and comfortable social environment for receiving guests, socializing, and gathering.

Based on the owner's desire for a spacious and inspired space, similar to the reception areas of the vineyards they had visited, a program was created with a living room, cellar, wine bar, support kitchen, and a large suite, all integrated with the beautiful views of Praia de Taquaras, located south of the city of Balneário Camboriú, in the state of Santa Catarina.
