This installation is in the cloister of Sant Domenec in Balaguer, between October 1-15, 2022, as a piece of experimentation of architectural space in close relationship with the memory of women. Architecture is that canvas, seemingly impassive, on which the succession of our passing unfolds, those walls that if they spoke would reveal the traces of endless stories that preceded our time.

Balaguer Courthouse is located at the old Quarter of the city. Balaguer is characterised by the brown-red chromatic of the geology –stone and earth- and a structure of extremely narrow and steep streets. The irregular morphology of the old quarter is well adapted to the rugged topography.

The Cultural Centre lapallavacara in Balaguer takes part of the regeneration of a national heritage and the integration and enhancement of the heritage by the city itself. This way it establishes itself as a social, urban and civic benchmark and articulates the social bone. The new building works as a community centre that welcomes and encourages initiatives related to the dynamics of associations, social, cultural and leisure in the city, returning the centrality to the Old Town.
