The New Science and Technology Museum of Henan Province draws inspiration from the "Heluo Culture", resembling a natural shape formed by the confluence of the Yellow River and the Luo River, with a grand and relaxed atmosphere, as if it were naturally formed; Like a flying bird flapping its wings, it spreads its wings in the Central Plains with a strong sense of culture and technology.

For over 20 years, parts of the place in this grand building have not functioned properly, such as the complicated circulation system for visitors. Also, Mountain Plaza and the greenhouse restaurant could not work well due to the scorching climate in the Tropical area.

The Museum Bezau intertwines the past with the present. The historic, heritage-listed building is an outstanding exhibit on its own – a showpiece that immerses the visitor in the local building culture and its close connection between architecture and craftsmanship. The extension ties in with the history and takes it further in its language. With the continuation, the traditional order of the Bregenzerwald house with its front and rear building sections is restored.

Situated along the Jinjiang River adjacent to the east gate of Sichuan University's historic campus, the museum responds to the campus' southwest-deflected historical axis. Its design follows the campus grid system, seamlessly blending into the campus fabric while honoring the site's cultural heritage.

The Yellow River National Museum, designed by architects von Gerkan, Marg and Partners (gmp) on the northern outskirts of Zhengzhou, explores not only the river's cultural significance but also its role in shaping the landscape. Both the new museum building and the surrounding park trace the meandering course of the 5,000-kilometer-long river, forming a physical and conceptual bridge between nature and civilization, where architecture and landscape merge into one.

Fenix is a major new museum that explores migration through the lens of art, opening on a landmark site in Rotterdam's City Harbor, developed by internationally acclaimed architects MAD. With a rapidly expanding collection of historic and contemporary objects, Fenix tells the story of migration through a series of encounters with art, architecture, photography, food, and history. Located in what was once part of the world's largest transshipment warehouse, on a peninsula in Rotterdam's historic port district, Fenix overlooks the docks where millions of migrant journeys began and ended. The monumental 16,000 square meter warehouse has been transformed to become Fenix by MAD Architects with restoration consultation by Bureau Polderman. This is MAD Architects' first commission for a public cultural building in Europe, as well as the first museum to be built by a Chinese firm in Europe. The project was initiated by the Droom en Daad Foundation, founded in 2016. The Foundation is helping redefine Rotterdam for the 21st century - developing new kinds of arts and culture institutions and fostering new creative talent that reflects the city's diversity, its spirit, and its history

The Quartet – Songzhuang Z Museum - Located in Songzhuang Village, Songyang County, Zhejiang Province, the Z Museum sits over 400 meters above sea level, nestled deep within the mountains. With its winding roads and narrow paths, arriving here for the first time feels like stepping into a modern-day version of the "Peach Blossom Spring". It is said that prior to 2017, this was a place even most locals of Songyang had never visited—or even heard of. As a result, the village has managed to preserve much of its original character, including its traditional housing and historical spatial fabric. In early 2024, TEAM_BLDG was invited to undertake a project in this 600-year-old village: to transform a brick-and-concrete residential house built in the 1990s into Z MUSEUM – the first contemporary rural art museum in China dedicated to the theme of weaving.

As a leader in China's white-feathered broiler chicken industry, Sunner Group has established the largest broiler chicken breeding and processing industrial chain in the country. In response to this, the group plans to build an industry museum, which will not only showcase its outstanding achievements in agricultural science and technology and other fields over the past four decades but also serve as a high-end platform for industry exchanges, making it a dynamic knowledge hub that drives the development of modern agriculture. The museum is located within the factory area of Sunner Group in Guangze County, Nanping City, Fujian Province. Situated in the extended area of the Wuyi Mountains, the area is rich in forests and has a pleasant ecological environment. The group has established an ecological circular breeding system with zero pollution emissions here. Surrounding the base, the clear waters of the Futun River flow around it, and the highway, living area, and reserved land are arranged in an orderly manner. The unique landscape of mountains and waters has injected inspiration into the architectural design.

In recent years, the area of the 19th-century Warsaw Citadel in Warsaw, Poland, has been undergoing a transformation into a museum complex and memorial site that is unique on a European scale. The historic area, which remained closed to the city for years, is now becoming a representative space commemorating the history of Poland. This is one of the largest public developments among the numerous cultural investments following Poland's accession to the European Union in 2004.

The Museu de Arte de São Paulo Assis Chateaubriand (MASP) is going through a historic moment in its trajectory with the expansion that will culminate in the new Pietro Maria Bardi building. This project represents the museum's biggest physical leap since its installation in the iconic Avenida Paulista headquarters in 1968, designed by Lina Bo Bardi. METRO Arquitetos Associados, led by Martin Corullon and Gustavo Cedroni, is responsible for the architectural project in co-authorship with Julio Neves. This collaboration continues the longstanding relationship between METRO and MASP, which began in 2015 and has already resulted in significant interventions in the original building, such as the return of the glass easels, redesigned from the museum's original exhibition system.

Brief history of the building: The construction of the chapel began in 1750 under the orders of the Franciscans and was completed in 1772 when the congregation gathered the necessary funds for its completion. With the extinction of religious orders in 1834, the building had various uses, including being used as a local "tavern." In 1954, the father of the current owner acquired the building, and in 2002, his son inherited the property. Regarding the future of the building, the current owner, João Calçada Correia, explains: "Considering the religious history of this building, and the fact that I am an art collector, I believed the best use for it would be to transform it into a museum, thus giving the property a dignified purpose."

A Special Design Brief
X Museum was founded by two young collectors born in the 1990s, focusing specifically on new generation of artists and multiculturalism from a young perspective. The site for its new museum is an old warehouse located in Langyuan Station, an "Internet celebrity campus" filled with creative professionals, boutique stores and trendy restaurants. The design brief requires the new museum space should not only fulfill art exhibition needs, but also have the flexibility to hold various events and create "Instagrammable" spatial scenarios for social media publicity. Besides exhibition galleries, the brief also listed three commercial programs as major public spaces within the musuem that can be independently operated regardless of the museum opening hours: a gift shop, a café and a restaurant. The founders' expectation for the new museum is "a cool, comprehensive lifestyle place to embrace diverse possibilities.
