The new premises and the renewal of the brand represent the beginning of a new stage that consolidates its competitive advantage as a clinic dedicated exclusively to pediatric dentistry and orthodontics for children and adolescents. For the doctor, it was important that the clinic be friendly and welcoming, but without falling into a childish aesthetic. And to be able to transform stress and fear, common in visits to the dentist, into confidence and tranquility. Vitale designs a corporate space that connects with all the public of the clinic and recreates a positive, familiar, comfortable and calm environment.

We find a deep space of irregular geometry and with lighting through the facade to the street, whose main characteristic is the presence of a formidable structure formed by large edge beams of concrete supported by sturdy pillars on which the structure of the building of dwellings is placed.

The existing space is integrated on a building which, as many surrounding ones, is from the 60’s and 70’s. The urban front of the street where it’s located - Av. António Augusto de Aguiar – has very homogeneous housing constructions with commercial purposes on the ground floor. It was urgent to keep and emphasize this homogeneity and the introduction of good quality commercial spaces was the way to ensure it.

Playfulness and transparency are the themes at the base of the project for the dental clinic dedicated to children. Three distinct areas are created within the main space thanks to the use of curtains hanging from circular rails. To reinforce the limit of these spaces, there are custom-made carpets that regain the perimeter of the curtains on the ground. The feeling from the inside of these “rooms” is that of protection and intimacy, however, the visibility from the outside is ensured, so that parents have a view towards their children while they play.

The project for the new headquarters in Porto Alegre of the digital security company Axur is a answer to the need to qualify its spaces and increase the number of jobs. Occupying the 15th floor of the building, where it previously occupied a ground floor room, the new headquarters has privileged views of the city and was born with the premise of not referencing itself in a traditional corporate environment. The use of comfortable and fun colors and textures create plural and comfortable workspaces.
