The project involves the renovation and extension of the Sipeki Balás Villa, designed by Hungarian architect Ödön Lechner between 1905 and 1907, with the addition of a new service building. The Hungarian Association of the Blind and Partially Sighted inherited the property from the villa's original owner and has been using the house for nearly a century. The headquarters of the association is located in the villa, while the services are on the ground floor of the new extension, which also houses a 300-person event hall on the upper level.

Among the architectural programs most rigidly defined by function, dental clinics rank among the most demanding — bound by hygiene standards, clinical circulation requirements, and the psychological weight patients carry before even stepping through the door. Bangkok-based architecture and interior design studio space+craft confronts these constraints head-on. Within a mere 37 square metres, Resmile Dental Wellness is not simply a clinic. It is a deliberate interrogation of what healthcare architecture can — and should — feel like.

The client's brief was to design a new retirement home on the site of a former orchard adjacent to a hospital. The building is conceived as four independently functioning households for approximately 60 residents, fully barrier-free. An orchard and brick walls near a cemetery with a church, a historic town with a beautiful town hall. Tall trees. And then old age as a phenomenon—calm, silence, brick as the archetype of home. The proximity of the hospital and cemetery may invite bitter associations; here, however, we see quality, an image of quiet and contemplation, an image of the peaceful edge of town. A chateau-like, symmetrical, almost classicist layout brings atriums, gardens, views, and abundant daylight into the Home. Old age is one of today's European themes. How do we approach ageing? What do we do for older people, how do we perceive them, what do we offer them, and what do we ask of them? What is it like to be an elderly person in the Czech Republic in 2026?

The design unites education, research, and healthcare within a connected ecosystem that fosters knowledge exchange and translational health outcomes, which shortens the feedback loop between health research and clinical practice. Subsequently, the discoveries from the laboratory ("bench") to patient care ("bedside") and vice versa are more efficient, ultimately, leading to improved health outcomes for the community.

In 2009, under the vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI and as part of the great development projects of the UM6P Group, the Mohammed VI Green City was set in motion. From its first breath, it aspired to become more than a place: a world-class academic pole, a living ecosystem of knowledge, where learning, innovation, and an exemplary ecological lifestyle would grow side by side. Rooted in its territory yet reaching far beyond it, the city was imagined at once as local and national, intimate and ambitious.

Part of the renowned Krishnendu Ayurveda Hospital, the ~21,000 sq. ft. Nirava Ayurveda Holistic Centre is envisioned as an oasis of healing, rooted in tradition and elevated through thoughtful innovation. Conceived as an immersive wellness retreat, the master plan unfolds in two distinct yet interconnected volumes: a villa block comprising twelve serene guest rooms and a gracefully curved spa block housing therapy suites. Each structure is carefully positioned to preserve and embrace the mature trees that define the site's lush, tropical character, allowing architecture and landscape to exist in quiet harmony.

The construction was carried out in two phases. In Phase 1, the Center Building and the Clinic Building were completed in 2021. In Phase 2, the Training Building was completed in 2022.
