More about this product

Neolith Pulpis is known for its tobacco brown tone and subtle white and golden veins lining the boards. This model is available in two finishes: Silk and Polished several thicknesses and sizes starting at 3600x1200 and is suitable for an array of applications.

Technologies
Among others, 4 exclusive Technologies particularly stand out, all of which are used to manufacture Neolith products.

Sintering Technology: compacting, resistance and durability
It consists of subjecting the 100% natural raw materials to very high pressures and temperatures. The combination of raw materials goes through a press in a first phase where force/pressure of up to 400 bars is applied. In a second phase, the boards are baked in an oven at a temperature of more than 1,200ºC. This way, the Sintering Technology used by TheSize gives Neolith physical and mechanical features that are unprecedented in the construction industry.

NAP (Neolith Airless Pistol) Technology: soft to the touch
This technology gives Neolith boards a texture that is soft to the touch. It is sprayed with the NAP Technology before entering in the oven to give the surfaces a silky finish known as the Silk finish.

Full Body Technology: full body decoration
Real full body technology that integrates the same color and design throughout the body for greater aesthetic and visible even edging.

NDD (Neolith Digital Design) Technology: digital decoration
A technology that revolutionizes and increases the design possibilities offered by Neolith for richer details and a surprising degree of realism.

Specifications
Large slab formats
Neolith comes in two large formats measuring 3,200 x 1,500, 3,200 x 1,600 mm and 3,600 x 1,200 mm, which means greater uniformity and continuity in different spaces for easier handling and to minimize the number of joints for more aesthetic and hygiene benefits.

Tile Formats
Neolith comes in different tile formats which are outstanding due to the large size: 1,500 x 1,500, 1,500 x 750, 750 x 750, 1,200 x 1,200, 1,200 x 600, 600 x 600 y 600 x 300 mm.
Its lightness and large dimensions also make it the ideal material for renovation projects as it can be used directly on an already existing surface to save costs and handling times.
Also available in custom sizes for projects.

Thickness
One of the characteristics that make Neolith stand out is how thin it is; it comes in thicknesses of 3, 6, 12 and 20 mm. The difference in their use varies based on the intended purpose.
For furniture and interior cladding, using 3 mm is recommended; for flooring (interior and exterior) and exterior applications (like ventilated façades), 6 mm is recommended; whereas 12 mm is reserved for more demanding product uses such as for kitchen worktops.

Finishes

  • Polished: See Polished Finish Manual
