More about this product

The back-ventilated CELLON perforated facade system is a highly developed individual facade system based on the different components carrier board, laser cut and industrial coating. The carrier board of the system is a compact high-pressure laminate board (HPL), based on 70% paper layers and 30% phenol resin.

The carrier board can be delivered in any RAL and NCS color or one of the 11 Bruag ALU metallic colors. In addition to freedom of planning, laser-cutting allows for complete customization. Individual perforations can be created in DXF or DWG formats or selected from an already available pattern.

Bruag CELLON facades can either be smooth boards of the size you wish or perforated panel facades for an interesting play of light and shadow. Elegant facades and constructive solutions are easiy and quick to install.

The 6,8 or 10 mm boards are robust to extreme mechanical burdens, there is no brittleness and they are totally resistant against termites. Additionally, CELLON remains durable under extreme weather conditions such as rain and wetness. Based on its mechanical robustness, it is suitable for balcony cladding and other such applications.

Manufacture

Each element is precisely designed, keeping in mind specifications, cut to the nearest millimeter in accordance with blueprints, and coated in one of over 3000 available UV-resistant color tones. The panel edges are coated in a color of choice (RAL, NCS S, Bruag Alu or Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier). Large format panels can be specified, Bruag will calculate the net amount used so that wastage and pre-drilled holes are not factored into the final price.
