Cerámica Mayor develops high-performance porcelain stoneware for swimming pools and terraces. Porcelain stoneware from Cerámica Mayor—including Lao Sand tiles, Amazonia Canela wall cladding, Creta pool edges, and recto steps—was used in the Iria Blue Hotel, a boutique hospitality project located in Mykonos, Greece. The application of ceramic materials creates a cohesive Mediterranean aesthetic across pool and exterior areas.

Lao Sand tiles in 60×120 cm format were applied across pool interiors and surrounding surfaces to achieve a natural stone appearance with consistent tone. Amazonia Canela was used on selected walls to introduce warmth through wood-inspired textures. Recto steps in 33×120 cm and Creta pool edges in 33×50 cm defined transitions and pool perimeters while maintaining anti-slip C3 performance for safety. These coordinated porcelain stoneware elements ensure durability, visual continuity, and functional performance across the hotel’s aquatic and exterior spaces.
