Cerámica Mayor develops high-performance porcelain stoneware for swimming pools and terraces. Porcelain stoneware products from Cerámica Mayor—including a variety of tiles, special pieces, pool edges, drain grates, and trims—were used in Hotel Primavera Park, a fully refurbished hospitality project located in Benidorm, Spain. The application of ceramic surfaces contributes to a modern and exotic tropical ambiance across terraces, pool decks, and interior areas.

The Hotel Primavera Park project involved a comprehensive renovation of existing hotel facilities to elevate its design and guest experience. Situated in the heart of Benidorm, the hotel blends indoor and outdoor spaces with lush landscaping and open circulation areas. The refurbishment focused on integrating durable and visually cohesive materials throughout terraces, multiple pool areas, including an infinity and rooftop pool, and guest corridors. The design emphasizes continuity, visual warmth, and functional use of materials that perform under high traffic and wet conditions.

In outdoor terraces and circulation spaces, Amazonia Canela and Lao Sand tiles in 60×120 cm and 90×90 cm formats were installed to deliver warm, natural tones and durability. Crosscut Petra 60×120 cm tiles and Tropic Turqueta 14.7×14.7 cm tiles with anti‑slip finishes were applied in pool interiors and wet circulation zones to ensure safety and visual interest. Creta pool edges in 33×50 cm defined pool perimeters with clean transitions, while RJ25 and RJ25 FLEX drain grates managed surface water efficiently. Steps in 33×120 cm and half‑round trims complemented the pool geometry, enhancing safety and easy maintenance. These coordinated porcelain stoneware elements deliver a unified aesthetic and long‑lasting performance in this tropical hotel environment.
